"We always felt that you were protecting our interest and driving hard to make the deal best for us. This extra effort required a considerable amount of time, but it worked for us and saved us money. Greg, we know you always deliver what you promise."
"The entire Planar team was very comfortable working in partnership with you the past twelve years on over 300,000 square feet of transactions. I certainly view you as an extension of Planar and value your advice & expertise on all our real estate projects."
"You took the time to understand our needs and presented for consideration only those properties that matched our requirements. Then you took care of all the details, analysis and negotiations. I appreciated the fact that you kept me informed of all-important issues, but protected me from a lot of time consuming details."
Hume Myers Tenant Counsel was formed in 1989 by Greg Hume. For the past 35 years Greg has been involved in sophisticated real estate development and brokerage activities throughout the United States, primarily focused in the Pacific Northwest. He has a broad background in master planning and design with extensive lease, purchase and build-to-suit negotiations.
